At the end of the day, our goal is to get you into a practice that best suits your vision whether that takes looking at one or a hundred practices. Some common questions we get can be answered by the below.

  • When and how do I hire you?
    • The earlier you are in your journey, the better support we can provide you. Each service we provide has a one time retainer fee as we need to make sure you are as serious about your future as we are. Once you’ve paid the retainer, you have free reign to ask as many questions as you need during the process without the fear of being charged for each interaction.
  • What if I don’t like the practice or the deal falls through? Will I be charged again to keep looking?
    • We never double charge steps in the process if a practice we evaluate together doesn’t make sense for you to move forward at any point. The analysis fee and contract fee are charged only on the first one we got to that stage in. On average, clients usually look at about two or three before finding the right one.
  • Does it matter what size of practice I want?
    • We don’t let the size of a practice sway our duty to you because we’re a flat fee service, where most brokers are paid a percentage of the sales price. We don’t mind if you want to buy a $200,000 or $2,000,000 practice, the fee is the same. Again, for us it matters more what is best for your vision and long term goals.
  • Can I switch between buying a practice and starting a practice with you?
    • Yes, we don’t mind if you move from buying a practice to starting a practice or vice versa, as long as you haven’t signed any binding commitments with a third party.
  • Will you ever come out to see the practice I want to start or buy?
    • The short answer is yes. We personally don’t believe in telling someone who trusts our guidance to buy an asset with a $500k-$1M loan attached to it without seeing it ourselves and lifting up the hood with them. It’s typically the last step in due diligence once you’re under contract for a practice we already determined was a good fit your goals. Plus we enjoy meeting our clients in person as we typically develop a close relationship by that time.

    • $2500 Retainer Fee
      • Due upon hire for services.
    • $2500 Analysis Fee
      • Due after practice analysis is requested.
    • $2500 Contract Fee
      • Due after letter of intent has been accepted.
    • $2500 Success Fee
      • Due when practice has officially closed.

Post Sale Coaching

  • Ideal For: Dentists who want expert help to jumpstart their new practice purchase for 90 days.
    • Scope of Services available after complimentary consultation.
  • Price: $10,000 total, spread out during the process below.
    • First 45 days – $5000
      • Remote access required
      • Virtual consulting
    • Second 45 days – $5000
      • Remote access required
      • Virtual plus two days onsite

Startup Consulting

  • Ideal For: Dentists who want to build out their own practice as an entrepreneur.
    • Scope of Services available after complimentary consultation.
  • Price: $20,000 total, spread out during the process below.
